1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping availability for other locations may vary and will be displayed during checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We also offer Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories.

14. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

15. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No.
You can place an order as a guest, although creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and view your order history.
16. What happens if my package is lost?
If your tracking information indicates your package may be lost, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
17. Can I return a used product?
Generally, returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
