Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification by the customer.
  • Consumable items, replacement parts, or accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Laiksod will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
