We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Availability for additional destinations may vary and will be displayed during checkout if applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

Laiksod cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your package appears to be lost:

  • Contact the delivery carrier if appropriate.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


10. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failure to accept delivery, any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
